Auto Body Intern

This organization primarily operates in the General Automotive Repair Shops business / industry within the Automotive Repair, Services and Parking sector.

Essential Functions:

Assist the auto body professionals.
Assist in organizing and cleaning the shop.
Detail cars.
Help keep work areas neat and organized to promote positive image.
Use appropriate behavior in keeping with the mission, vision and beliefs and in accordance with operating procedures and policies.

Minimum Requirements:

Ability to follow instructions. Must have strong organizational and communication skills, and be detail oriented.
Basic knowledge of equipment helpful. Familiarity with tools also helpful.
Professional and trustworthy conduct is required. Must be a team player and enjoy working with the public without bias or prejudice.
Must be a high school student in good standing. Must be poised, respectful, mature and possess a positive attitude while being flexible.
Coveralls and/or work clothing are best suited for this position; jeans okay.

THIS DESCRIPTION DOES NOT LIST ALL DUTIES. INTERN MAY BE ASKED TO PERFORM OTHER DUTIES BY THE Staff or SUPERVISOR. INTERN WILL BE EVALUATED ON PERFORMANCE OF THE PROJECTS LISTED AS WELL AS INTERACTION WITH EMPLOYEES AND CLIENTS. On-site HOURS WILL BE negotiated WITH EACH CANDIDATE.

SAFETY EXPECTATIONS, INCLUDING HARASSMENT, SHOULD BE REVIEWED WITH THE HOST.
