Janey Stahl Coaching, LLC provides financial coaching and analysis for small businesses. The Company’s mission is to help small businesses maximize their potential. Janey Stahl Coaching values authenticity, integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

The Marketing Intern will provide administrative and marketing support to the CEO and is responsible for creating and repurposing print and digital media.

Essential Functions:

Use and model appropriate behavior in keeping with the mission, vision, and beliefs of the organization, and in accordance with operation procedures and policies.
Welcome, value and nurture people of all backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences, as well as support and promote an environment that accepts differences.
Create marketing materials and graphics in Canva.
Create and update landing pages in Mailchimp
Write email newsletter and schedule emails in Mailchimp.
Repurpose content between blog, newsletter, and social media.
Edit videos and post to social media platforms.
Track social media and website analytics.
Manage Google Reviews.
Remote work may be available

Minimum Requirements:

Skills/Knowledge: Must have the ability to follow instructions, strong organizational and skills, and be courteous and respectful. Must be a detail-oriented team player, and maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Intern must enjoy working with the public without bias, be a self-starter, motivated, and able to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing. Must be poised, mature, possess a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask and manage tie effectively.

Experience/Education: Must be a high school student in good standing, and interested in pursuing a career in marketing after high school. Must be proficient in Mircrosoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, GoogleDocs, Facebook, and Instagram.

Attire: Business Casual attire will be required.

General Physical Activities with or without reasonable accommodation: Occasional sitting, standing, reaching, walking or lifting up to 15lbs.

THIS DESCRIPTION DOES NOT LIST ALL DUTIES. INTERN MAY BE ASKED TO PERFORM OTHER DUTIES BY THE STAFF OR SUPERVISOR. INTERN WILL BE EVALUATED ON PERFORMANCE OF THE PROJECTS LISTED AS WELL AS INTERACTION WITH EMPLOYEES AND CLIENTS. ON-SITE HOURS WILL BE NEGOTIATED WITH EACH CANDIDATE.

SAFETY EXPECTATIONS, INCLUDING HARASSMENT, WILL BE REVIEWED WITH THE HOST.
