Office Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Wellman Automotive: Complete Auto Service Center, Preventative Maintenance & Tuneups,Computer Diagnostics & Drivability,Heating & Air Conditioner Specialist,
Complete Brake Service, Driveline & Suspension Service. They service Imports and sell tires.

Essential Functions:

Assist in the repair of car engines; light mechanical work.
Shop/vehicle clean-up.
Physical inventory of parts.
Help keep work areas neat and organized to promote positive image. Use appropriate behavior in keeping with the mission, vision and beliefs and in accordance with operating procedures and policies.

Minimum Requirements:

Skills/Knowledge: Ability to follow instructions. Must be detail-oriented.
Professional and trustworthy conduct is required.
Natural mechanical abilities helpful, along with basic knowledge of tools.
Must be a high school student in good standing.
Must be poised, mature and possess a positive attitude while being flexible.
Coveralls and/or jeans (no cargo or baggy) is appropriate.

THIS DESCRIPTION DOES NOT LIST ALL DUTIES. INTERN MAY BE ASKED TO PERFORM OTHER DUTIES BY THE STAFF OR SUPERVISOR. INTERN WILL BE EVALUATED ON PERFORMANCE OF THE PROJECTS LISTED AS WELL AS INTERACTION WITH EMPLOYEES AND CLIENTS. ON-SITE HOURS WILL BE NEGOTIATED WITH EACH CANDIDATE.

SAFETY EXPECTATIONS, INCLUDING HARASSMENT, SHOULD BE REVIEWED WITH THE HOST.
