Internship Title: Construction Management Intern

JOB DESCRIPTION:
This internship position will be responsible for assisting the various departments within McCreedy Ruth Construction with their daily tasks as well as learning the overall elements of the general contracting/ construction industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with project coordinators, estimators, field crew, and/or owners on certain jobs/projects.
• Organize project documentation to ensure the relevant material is available for meetings.
• Assist with contracts.
• Planning, budgeting, and scheduling for jobs/projects.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Work well with others within the company as well as customers.
• Organized with problem solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, coworkers, and

THIS DESCRIPTION DOES NOT LIST ALL DUTIES. INTERN MAY BE ASKED TO PERFORM OTHER DUTIES BY THE Staff or sUPERVISOR. INTERN WILL BE EVALUATED ON PERFORMANCE OF THE PROJECTS LISTED AS WELL AS INTERACTION WITH EMPLOYEES AND CLIENTS. On-site HOURS WILL BE negotiated WITH EACH CANDIDATE.
