Clear Creek Amana Middle School: Teacher Assistant Intern

Mr. Wilson's job as a math teacher is to prepare his students specifically in math for 7th grade. Another job of his is to prepare his students to be successful citizens in the community. In his classroom specifically he works on promoting problem solving and collaboration between peers.

Student will help work with small groups, answer questions, provide remediation, and teach lessons. The role in his classroom would change day to day but the title and responsibilities would be equal to mine.
Student would have to come to the job in professional clothing, math skills, and a positive attitude. Teaching skills will be one that will open up the more during time in the classroom.

THIS DESCRIPTION DOES NOT LIST ALL DUTIES. INTERN MAY BE ASKED TO PERFORM OTHER DUTIES BY THE Staff or sUPERVISOR. INTERN WILL BE EVALUATED ON PERFORMANCE OF THE PROJECTS LISTED AS WELL AS INTERACTION WITH EMPLOYEES AND CLIENTS. On-site HOURS WILL BE negotiated WITH EACH CANDIDATE.

Safety expectations, including harassment, should be reviewed with the host.
