Essential Functions:

Model building basics

3D model

Content marketing

Visual presentation - PowerPoint

Construction site visit - hard hat and closed toe shoes required

Minimum Requirements:

Skills/Knowledge: Ability to follow instructions and be courteous and respectful. Professional and trustworthy conduct is required. Must communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, and be organized.
Strong preference will be given to students who have taken classes that support a career in architecture.
Must be a high school student in good standing. Must be poised, mature and possess a positive attitude while being flexible.
Student will be asked to complete Neumann Monson questionnaire and follow up interview with host.
Business casual attire.

THIS DESCRIPTION DOES NOT LIST ALL DUTIES. INTERN MAY BE ASKED TO PERFORM OTHER DUTIES BY THE Staff or SUPERVISOR. INTERN WILL BE EVALUATED ON PERFORMANCE OF THE PROJECTS LISTED AS WELL AS INTERACTION WITH EMPLOYEES AND CLIENTS. ON-SITE HOURS WILL BE NEGOTAITED WITH EACH CANDIDATE.

SAFETY EXPECTATIONS, INCLUDING HARASSMENT, SHOULD BE REVIEWED WITH THE HOST.
