Internship Title: Concrete Construction and Material Placement Intern

Blake Hershberger Enterprises is a Concrete Construction and Material Placement Company. Specializing in commercial, residential, and agricultural Concrete Construction.  

Intern’s responsibilities would be:

·         Learning how to read a tape measure

·         Learning how to read a blue print

·         Understanding Concrete material composition and how the weather affects this

·         Learning the process of planning, zoning, permitting, grading, laying out, pouring and testing of a foundation

·         Ride along time would be available for material placement

·         Learning how to build a project from the foundation up

·         Learning about Entrepreneurship

·         Learning how technology has vastly affected the construction business

·         Learning how everyone plays valuable part in our business

 Minimum Requirements for intern:

·         Must be 16 years old

·         Willing to learn and show up on time

·         Interested in the Construction field

·         Willing to get dirty and do some physical work

·         Willing to work in all weather conditions and dress for the weather

·         Willing to wear the appropriate PPE when needed

·         Must be willing to have flexible work hours
