Internship Length: 45 hrs

Customer Service Rep Assistant Intern will provide assistance to the Customer Service Rep and his/her duties. This will include but not be limited to working with outside sales force, taking telephone orders, submitting orders for processing, scheduling deliveries, making product tags, invoicing customers post-delivery, alphabetizing and filing paperwork and other misc. daily duties.

THIS DESCRIPTION DOES NOT LIST ALL DUTIES. INTERN MAY BE ASKED TO PERFORM OTHER DUTIES BY THE STAFF OR SUPERVISOR. INTERN WILL BE EVALUATED ON PERFORMANCE OF THE PROJECTS LISTED AS WELL AS INTERACTION WITH EMPLOYEES AND CLIENTS. ON-SITE HOURS WILL BE NEGOTIATED WITH EACH CANDIDATE.

SAFETY EXPECTATIONS, INCLUDING HARASSMENT, SHOULD BE REVIEWED WITH THE HOST.
